2. Billing & Payment Policy

2.1 Billing Overview

  • Prepaid Plans: You must pay in advance for service. Charges apply immediately upon activation and renew automatically if auto-pay is enabled.
  • Postpaid Plans: You will receive a monthly bill detailing service charges, taxes, fees, and any additional usage beyond your plan’s allowance.
  • Billing Cycle: Your billing cycle starts on your plan’s activation date and repeats every 30 days unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:
  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover)
  • PayPal
  • ACH Transfers (for eligible postpaid accounts)
  • GoLite Mobile Gift Cards or Store Credit
Auto-Pay: You can enable Auto-Pay for seamless renewal. If Auto-Pay fails, we will notify you, and you must make a manual payment to avoid service disruption.

2.3 Late Payments & Non-Payment

  • For postpaid plans, payments must be made by the due date on your bill.
  • If payment is not received within five (5) days of the due date, your service may be suspended.
  • If your balance remains unpaid for thirty (30) days, your account may be permanently deactivated, and your phone number may be reassigned.

2.4 Disputes & Refunds

  • If you believe your bill is incorrect, you must notify us within 60 days of the billing date.
  • Refunds are issued only in cases of billing errors or service outages caused by GoLite Mobile.
  • Prepaid plans, international roaming charges, and one-time fees are non-refundable.

3. International Roaming Terms

3.1 Roaming Availability

GoLite Mobile offers international roaming in select countries. Roaming availability depends on our agreements with local carriers. Before traveling, check our coverage map or contact support to confirm roaming options.

3.2 Roaming Charges

  • Voice Calls: Billed per minute at international rates. Incoming and outgoing calls may be charged differently.
  • Text Messages (SMS/MMS): Charged per message sent and may incur charges for incoming messages depending on the region.
  • Data Usage: Billed per megabyte (MB) or available as part of an international roaming package.
  • Premium & Toll-Free Numbers: Calls to premium or toll-free numbers while roaming may incur additional charges.

Important: International roaming is significantly more expensive than domestic usage. We recommend purchasing a roaming package or using Wi-Fi where available.

3.3 Roaming Data Management

To prevent unexpected charges:
  • Disable mobile data if you do not plan to use roaming.
  • Monitor usage through your GoLite Mobile account.
  • Consider using local SIM cards for extended travel.

3.4 Fair Use & Restrictions

  • GoLite Mobile may limit or suspend roaming services if excessive or fraudulent usage is detected.
  • Some plans may not include international roaming; verify eligibility before traveling.
