Absolutely! You can transfer (or "port") your existing number to GoLite Mobile, as long as it’s active with your current provider. Just make sure you have your account number and transfer PIN from your current carrier.

It’s easy! Just enter your 10-digit phone number in the ā€œCheck My Numberā€ box at the top of this page and hit ā€œCheck My Number.ā€ We’ll let you know instantly if your number can be transferred.

To switch to GoLite Mobile, you’ll need:

āœ” Your current carrier’s account number

āœ” Your transfer PIN (port-out PIN) (request this from your current provider)

āœ” Your billing ZIP code (as listed on your account)

āœ” Your GoLite Mobile SIM card (if bringing your own phone)

Nope! Your current phone service will stay active until the transfer is complete. Once the porting process is done, your number will be fully moved to GoLite Mobile, and your old service will automatically be canceled.

Most transfers are completed within a few minutes to a few hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 24-48 hours, depending on your current provider. Landline and VoIP transfers may take longer. Don’t worry—we’ll keep you updated!

If you're bringing your own unlocked phone, you'll need a GoLite Mobile SIM card to activate your service. If you don’t have one yet, you can order one during checkout.

Most unlocked GSM phones work perfectly with GoLite Mobile! If you're unsure, check your phone's compatibility on our website or reach out to our support team.

Nope! Switching to GoLite Mobile and porting your number has no impact on your credit score.
