ā Your billing ZIP code (as listed on your account)
ā Your GoLite Mobile SIM card (if bringing your own phone)
Nope! Your current phone service will stay active until the transfer is complete. Once the porting process is done, your number will be fully moved to GoLite Mobile, and your old service will automatically be canceled.
Most transfers are completed within a few minutes to a few hours, but in some cases, it may take up to 24-48 hours, depending on your current provider. Landline and VoIP transfers may take longer. Donāt worryāweāll keep you updated!
If you're bringing your own unlocked phone, you'll need a GoLite Mobile SIM card to activate your service. If you donāt have one yet, you can order one during checkout.
